I love the design and the concept. It works perfectly for my Golden Retriever. My only minor gripe is that the latch to unfold it was a little stiff when I first got it. I had to work it back and forth a few times to loosen it up. Now it works fine, but it took a minute to break in.
This is a solid pooper scooper. The plastic is thick and the grip is good. It picks up waste cleanly from the grass. I just wish it was maybe two inches longer? I’m quite tall and still have to dip a bit, but it’s still 100 times better than using just a bag.
